The lady was nice, but they did not so much want to help technical customers (clients needing troubleshooting assistance), mostly just new sales. Luckily I solved the issue myself while standing in line via a few google searches. Cause I got the 1800 number for any other issues I have. Which is fair enough, it was actually pretty farfetched, but who knows if someone could have helped, or if they would have tried. :) thanks to the lady though, she was very nice.
