Great pastors who do their best, but congregation is essentially stagnant. Primarily a church for middle age people and seniors, bankrolled and run by the few who are most financially secure. Limited rotation of leadership and functional roles beyond a relatively small core group. Social structure tends to be one of cliques which are difficult to break into, similar to that found in many religious organizations. Strategy for change and growth needed to get out of the comfort zone and attract younger people. Admirable dedication to refugee sponsorship and cultural inclusiveness.
