  I have a 2008 Chev Impala that I bought from Capital in 2009. Capital GM has done 90% of the work on my car. I typically go to them for repairs. Today the quick service line just wasn’t moving. I’m pregnant and was hungry and wanted it done sooner than later. I noticed the Ford Quick Lane and remembered they did my stone chip (awesome and cheap!) decided to venture over to see if they could do my oil change. I pulled up to the door, it opened right away, I was greeted by a nice gentleman that asked what I needed, and then showed me to the right people to help. There were about 4 people seated (so they weren’t dead). I explained to the service writer that I needed an oil change. He told me it should be about 30 minutes and that he would call me when it was done. I left and received a call 20 minutes later to tell me my car was ready. Wow! That was so fast! I had such a great experience here and will continue to have my oil changes done here forever! Both guys were so nice and professional!!! You guys ROCK!!! ????????????
