RANA Respiratory Care Group

The parking is a bit limited as is the access to the building so you need to plan your a visit. However, it is well worth your time to have your respiratory needs fulfilled at this office. I feel that they are concerned about the patient and then the cash (cash is important). I was treated the same whether I was buying or just seeking info. I was at a different clinic and needed to transfer (I have sleep apnea). There was no expectation of a sale when I first attended to this location, yet the staff treated me exactly as if I had spent a lot of money, so therefore I spent some money and will continue to do so. Now, I will encourage others to do the same.
I also hope that Rana will take note, their receptionist is the face of this office and I believe she is outstanding. I had the opportunity to see her under duress, with multiple phone calls and clients with varying needs. She is the biggest reason for the 5 stars.
