Great customer service and clear communication. I've been impressed with Regina Plumbing and Heating. Most recently I had Chris visit for a standard servicing. He took pictures and showed me what was serviced and anything I needed to be concerned with. Fortunately, everything is running well. I highly recommend this company.

We'd returned from vacation to find that our house was freezing cold and the 'reset' button on our furnace would only start it up and then it would just stop working. We called Regina Plumbing and Heating and they had someone at our home in less than the 2 hrs they'd quoted. He fixed it!! We had heat again! Great work and thank you for being such professionals!

On short notice they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and the water heater was up and running. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable. People like Ian who came out are hard to find. Highly recommend this company
