We appreciated the phone call in advance of the Reliance individual showing up. Our appointment was set for between 10 and 2 and appreciated the 10 AM visit as opposed to waiting for four hours. Reliance rep (Ryan) was very courteous, efficient and helpful. Since our unit is part of a condo development and I sit on the condo board, I will recommend Reliance to anyone who has problems with their furnace in the future.

Ryan did the annual maintenance on my Air Conditioner. He was polite and efficient. He talked with me about his observations and was very helpful. Reliance has been an excellent partner for me with my A/C and my furnace.

We received a call early morning to advise the men were on their way. Truly appreciated the head's up.

The AC install happened quickly. The guys cleaned up behind any garbage. My husband and I had all our questions answered. The gentlemen who did the install were very friendly and took great care not to do any damage to the inside of our home.

There was a bit of a mix-up with the AC unit (wrong one installed) but the error was quickly corrected.

My husband and I asked for a couple of items to be taken care of and this was done immediately.

I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends. We will continue using this company in the future. For anyone who knows me, this is a huge recommendation.

I have waited a month before posting this note just to be sure that my evaluation was not rushed but well considered. After a month with the new furnace we could not be happier!
The receptionist, the technician, the sales rep and the installers were all exceptional.
My wife and I felt like valued customers from the very first phone call to the emergency number when we arrived home to find our furnace had died. It was 9:30 pm. At 10:30 pm we were visited by a service rep who diagnosed the issue and gave us quotes on repair (new motherboard, blower and fan...ouch.) We decided to replace this 25 year old furnace and the sales rep was at the house by 11:30 pm. Funny time to do business, but this was an emergency as far as we were concerned and our sales rep recognized our need.
By midnight we had chosen the new furnace and were told the installers would arrive before 10:00 the next morning. They were right on time and their care and expertise was both exemplary and impressive. By 5:00 the new furnace was in and the place looked like they had never been there...they left nothing behind.
We are so pleased with EVERY aspect of the service provided by the Reliance MacKenzie P&H team and very happy with our new furnace, humidifier and space age thermostat.

This company is excellent to deal with. All hands on. Very professional and friendly service on every level. There were a couple of circumstances requiring them to come back to do some minor tweaks regarding the install, but every time they were willing to accommodate our schedule and tried to come as quickly as possible. Very efficient and knowledgeable and all workers treated our job as if it was in their own homes. Excellent company! Very happy.
