Though I chose to get my chair elsewhere, it's not in any way due to poor performance or pricing on Source's part. Katera was very helpful and pleasant when I was browsing there, and the store has a very quiet, clean, and relaxed atmosphere, unlike some furniture stores which can feel outright claustrophobic. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way.

I can't give 5 stars due to the lack of high-end ergonomic chairs, but this definitely seems like a great place to shop if you're on a low-to-middle budget. Definitely worth checking out when you're shopping for a chair!

Great customer service. Claudette was awesome, and so were the delivery guys. They were patient as I sifted through the chair demos, and timing was upfront and punctual.
