McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada

I have been to this location a few times inside and drive thru. Today I witnessed a customer acting arrogant to the staff because his order placed on self serve machine didn’t show up on the order screen. Also when he received it he got the wrong burger. He arrogantly asked the manager if she could read. I had the same experience, order didn’t show up on order screen and received wrong size drink. However after watching the staff handle that customer very pollitely and not react to that arrogant customer I have to say I was impressed with the staff customer service! They fixed his order and mine as well and stayed busy. I fear this staff is getting treated poorly by some customers as a result of failing technology with order screens and lack of communication. This staff could be much faster if someone brought energy and communication behind the counter. I felt the need to write a review after seeing some excellent customer service from a staff member getting treated like s**t by a customer on something she could not control.
