Good staffing, not overbearing. I always enjoy my trips here. They have products difficult to find anywhere else.

First time in the store but right off the bat noticed cheaper prices than other name brand hardware stores in town. It doesn't have everything but I think most times you will find what you need. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars was we passed at least 3 staff and no one asked if we needed assistance or gave a greeting. Again, first time in the store so I will return again and hopefully interaction with the staff is better.
