Don’t miss your appt as they’re really booked up. Staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. Don’t call them after hours as they don’t have an on-call person.

Very friendly staff, accommodating towards my schedule with work for later appointments. My dog needs monthly allergy shots and has a special diet; they are helpful and the services are affordable. My dog and two cats get their services here. Highly recommend.

There was no wait time, the staff were informative, polite and efficient. It’s the vet I always go to and have no plan to change.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Bergeron and the South Hill team who assisted me when my dog was in need of being put down. I was very upset, but she was extremely compassionate and had the sincerest interest in making me and my dog as comfortable as possible. I am entirely grateful!
