Pulled in off the road on a Saturday with failing overheating Smart car. Bill had never seen one before but hooked it up and hoisted it anyway. He found the connection trouble after some cool trouble-shooting. As he said "a car's a car, and a truck's a truck". This man is an absolute wizard!
