Cant say enough about walts. Several times we had some type of mechanical issue that would have taken days at other places to fix. In each case Scott and his team got us right in and within a couple of hiurs we were back on the trails. Scott and his service techs are amazing. Cant say enough positive things about Walts sales and service.

I would not go anywhere else with my four snow machines even if it s 1.5 hour drive!!!

I came to Island Pond to ride! I arrived on a Wednesday and left Sunday.
Late Thursday night my check engine light came on flashing and stayed on.
Friday morning before 7 am I was looking for a Ski-Doo dealer to run the code , thinking that my ride was over I called Walt's to see if they could runs BUDS, let alone fix the problem.
The OWNER answered just before 7 am , mind you service doesn't open until 8am, and after reporting my problem he told me to be there before 8 and as soon as someone came in he would get to assessing my machine.
True to his word there was a work order with my name on it when I arrived and within 20 minutes it was determined that I had filled up with bad gas. Non ethanol premium is not what it's cracked up to be ,but that it another debate.
Walt's could have raked me over the coals . With a bottle of Startron I was back on the trail with no issues. Thank you for maximizing my time off Walt's!
Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and genuine. Good people ,great service !
