The rooms are small apartments, and have all the amenities for home cooking, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying Newport in general. The house is a 7 minute walk from everything in Downtown Newport, and a 2 mile walk/run to the bike trail. The house is quiet at night, but next to a daycare during the day, so you can hear children laughing and playing after 8 AM. There is wifi, free parking, and free laundry available.

(July 14, 2019, 2:05 pm)I stayed with Ruth for 3 months in unit 3. The apt was very comfortable. Nice kitchen, full size oven/stove. Bed was comfy. Ruth was incredibly helpful with information about the area. Ruth also was awesome with my dogs. If I ever make it back that way I will certainly stay there again. Place was also very clean and had a nice porch.
