(December 24, 2019, 2:14 am)The Inn is beautiful. The Gil's restaurant is good, hardly extraordinary, but overall it is a good meal. One might expect for the $$$ prices on the menu that the meals would be 5 star like the Inn rooms, but it is not that caliber of dinning.
A real Chef at the Inn would be a wonderful addition. We love Willoughby Lake and the Inn.
(July 6, 2018, 2:17 pm)This review is for the Inn as I have never eaten at the restaurant. Clean accommodations reasonable price. The staff went above and beyond to make my families stay enjoyable. In an area of the world prized for its beauty it is like a five mile stretch of river cut short on either end. I recommend WillowVale for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Don't bother bringing your fishing poll though as there's no fish in the lake.
