After working to diagnose the problem and eliminating the easy solutions they were honest about their abilities and did not try to undertake repairs they were not really setup to perform, not something all shops will do. I ended up having my truck towed off island to a dealer but really appreciated the help of the manager Shawn and mechanic Greg.
