The Mansion Restaurant at Rosario Resort & Spa

Disappointing experience... bus boys carried the day with welcoming and friendly service but our waiter was missing in action. He never once came to ask how our meal was, if he had we could have shared the Mixed Greens salad was barely passable. It had the greens but they were extremely stingy with the other ingredients (carrots, beets, olives, and walnuts) which were the reason we ordered the salad in the first place. Fell far short of our expectations.

Great atmosphere, great view, great food, great staff

View is incredible & makes any meal an automatic delight. The smashburger was excellent, and we upgraded to the seafood chowder ($2 extra was absolutely worth it). The blackened salmon salad was also delicious and fresh.
A bit disappointed by the upkeep of the mansion, as it looked slightly dilapidated. Even the salt & pepper shakers look over 20 years old!

Grab a fancy cocktail in a compostable cup and roam the grounds or museum before your reservation. Great views and amazing service with pretty good food. My seafood chowder was very light on the seafood. The bacon on my hamburger was legit though. My wife’s gnocchi was undercooked, but they quickly fired up a new batch. For me, our waiter was the highlight. Fantastic service and very friendly and attentive.

We had our wedding dinner here and it was perfect. Incredible food, service, and views. Highly recommend!
