I, remotely, asked Friday Harbor Electric to figure out why my elderly mother's shower valve was 'hot.' Mom assured me, when I was visiting, that it was 'no big deal.' Simply don't touch the valve when in the shower. Yikes! FH Electric was very responsive (went out right away), treated my mother, who has dementia, with respect and dignity, and fixed the problem. They got back to me letting me know the extent of the problem, and other, non-life threatening, issues they observed while making the repair. It's vendors and professionals such at FH Electric that allowed my mother to live independently for as long as she did. FH Electric exemplifies the Island Community.
