Love this store! Such a treasure to have on San Juan Island. Fun, eclectic and great prices! Found great leather loveseats, vintage rocking chair and a myriad of unique items for gifts.
GREAT customer service. When out and about I have to stop by to see what's new!
I would like to share my own experience of Groovy Stuff Consignment as well as with the owner/s and their dealings/relationships with their customers. While my perspective could be incomplete as I don't know all the details of all their personal transactions with all their customers - such as in particular the ones here having given one-star reviews on Google reviews - my experience with them and of the decent amount of dealings of theirs with customers I have now been witness to, doesn't "line up" (for lack of the words I'm looking for) with what the few bad reviews here have stated. I can only surmise that the reviewers in question were mistaken due to (understandable) misunderstandings/miscommunications and perhaps even - God forbid ;), mistakes - on both sides as often happens in life as well as due to perhaps the common subsequent unchecked emotional responses in such cases of miscommunications/etc., as my experience with the owner/s of Groovy Stuff Consignment has only revealed a constant attempt on their part to be not only honest, forthright, and helpful with their customers, but also generous as well.
And so just as their relationship with customers seem consistent in the aforementioned manner, their "stuff" is also consistently groovy, thanks to their taste and of course to the taste of the people who live here who put their stuff on consignment. :) I am grateful for Groovy Stuff Consignment.
Shop there often don't believe any of the bad reviews I've read here always have a great experience love groovy stuff consignment. You can't stop haters would recommend this place highly.
Great store. Moved to the island 4 years ago and found all the things I needed and I still go in often and always find a treasure.
