(August 18, 2017, 4:45 pm)Alderwood is a great place to work. I have been here for 3 years now as a employee. The staff I work with truly enjoy their job. I have been the Director for 3 years now. My residents tell me Thank you daily for making their day fun. We just took 14 residents to the Lynden fair and they had a great time. My staff Kristi and I will make your loved one feel right at home with all kinds of programs that teach ,learn, and laugh all at the same time. Ideas that you come up with as a resident that you miss doing then tell me and it will be on my activity calendar. I love what I do as the Director and I love making my Residents happy. After all this is their home and mine. Come visit us here at Alderwood. Activities are crucial to one's life.
