(December 17, 2018, 12:11 am)As of May 2018, it's a wonderful work in progress. The Granary has a fascinating history. Harcourt Construction is working on the construction. It's centrally located in Bellingham on the waterfront; the offices spaces will have beautiful views of Bellingham Bay as well as of downtown.
