Ash is the best. I’ve been seeing Ash since summer of ‘14, initially for a terrible MTB crash. I race cyclocross professionally, and since then she’s been my go to for any and all injuries, crashes, and general upkeep in my body from racing, training, and travel. She’s seen me through 2 surgical hip labral repairs (still rehabbing my second one), and my recovery would NOT have been the same without her. For general pain relief in the early phases, to releasing bound up muscles, to helping with general motor patterning, without Ash I firmly believe my first recovery would have been longer and much more painful. With her help this second one is coming along smoothly. Having both a BS and MS in exercise science, and being VERY intune with my body, Im pretty picky with who I let work on me and what they do. I put 100% trust in what Ash does and where she puts those little needles. I hate needles, but love and believe in what Ash and acupuncture can do for me. If you’re looking for a practitioner who cares in your outcome, and is invested in you as a patient, Ash should be your go to.

I started going to Ash years back when I started having headaches constantly. At the time I was at a high stress point in my life and as soon as something stressful occurred it was instant raging headache. I first had tried massage and chiropractic, but neither of them worked. I was referred to Ash and felt like I'd try anything at this point. Best decision ever. The first session she inserted some needles (pretty much painlessly) and the ones in my neck instantly created a pulsing that I thought might make my head explode, but in a good way if that's possible. By the end my head felt 100 times better. After a few sessions it was pretty much 100% fixed. I can't say enough about Ash. I don't think there's anyone else locally that's been doing what she does, for as long as she has, or has as much knowledge. Topnotch in my book!

Ash is incredible. I've seen her for several years for everything from general athletic maintenance and up-keep; to acute injuries, to helping me with stress and anxiety.

Ashley is very kind and careful. The office is clean and neat and relaxing.
