I have lived in Bellingham for a while now and have rented from several different property management companies; Westview has easily been the best experience I have had so far! They were prompt when it came to helping us move in and have been great at communicating when maintenance will occur (little thins like window washing, etc.). We've leased through Westview for two years now and plan to renew for a third. Overall, we've been very happy with their management services. They've answered our maintenance requests quickly and professionally; otherwise, they've been friendly and unobtrusive. Yes, they request renewal commitments early in the year as mentioned below, but this is standard practice in the area (although inconvenient) and other management firms also do this.

The rents are at a premium as their properties are virtually brand new and located in desirable areas. You get what you pay for. Bellingham rents are steep, but for us, Westview's great properties and staff continue to justify the price.
