Excellent espresso drinks, very good ham and cheese panini and really good pastries. Very friendly service too. It's tiny but really nice.

Not only was the service amazing and welcoming the food is equally as tasty. I got the Croissant sandwich (which was one of the best croissant breakfast sandwiches I've ever tasted) and a bluebarry-almond pastry and my partner got the breakfast burrito and an apple turnover which he said were both really good too. We couldn't resist the treats! Would definitely recommend and go back again!!

Stopped by with my family after a day of driving Chuckanut and hiking the north side of the mountain, and this teeny cafe was perfect. The coffee was super, and my husband and I each got a lemon cardamom bear claw. Exactly as delicious as it sounds, unless you hate lemon. Loved it

We stopped here for coffee on route to the morning train. Not only were our soy lattes most excellent, we were delighted to find not just one, but two varieties of homemade, vegan pastry options! For such a cozy little space, we were really impressed that they carry more vegan choices than major espresso chains. We bought them for the train and had a lovely breakfast. Both were extremely tasty. Really impressed with the quality of Shirley Bird and look forward to a return visit.

You must visit this amazing little cafe! Fantasic sandwiches....delicious pastries... Great coffee...fair prices and WONDERFUL staff. Shirlee and her staff are cheerful and friendly and patient when you can't decide! LOVE this place!
