(April 3, 2019, 5:45 pm)Cade came out to fix my kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, cheerful, and gave me options that were within my budget. I had my heater fixed by Gary's also. I don't remember his name but he was great also. I would highly recommend Gary's Plumbing and Heating.
(March 11, 2019, 4:57 pm)Although I had to call them back when they didn't answer my email request from their website (which is why I gave 4/5 stars), they were very helpful and able to schedule a plumber to come out just two day later. I appreciated the reminder email that included a photo of the assigned plumber so I knew who to expect. The plumber was very patient and knowledgeable. Great service!
(March 6, 2019, 2:42 am)Replaced a leaking old water heater, walked me through all the new features and made sure I understood everything about the work they had done. The entire process was easy, they were here within hours of my call and really helped us out in a pinch. No, it wasn’t cheap. That’s just part of being a homeowner. However I’ll take competence and efficiency and the knowledge that they did exceptional work any day over cheap.
(January 29, 2019, 6:12 am)The weekend techs with Gary Plumbing, Loren and James, came out for a weekend emergency service to clear a blocked sewer line. Great communication setting up the meeting and a follow-up call when they were on their way. Once here they were professional and polite. They clearly explained the billing in advance. They cleared the blockage in under an hour. Highly recommended!!!
(January 24, 2019, 12:11 am)I called Gary’s Plumbing on Monday to get an estimate for replacing our old water heater. Next day Tuesday they came to give an estimate. The price was reasonable. They installed that same afternoon. Great customer service! Professional, friendly and efficient!
