Had a appointment at noon. Good thing I took the truck with me (or maybe that is why they forgot me). An hour later the wheels were still stacked in the bay. 2 hours later I decided to just head home. I called 4 hours later to be told they were done and no one had called... -

For example, waited 15 minutes to check in for an install appointment made a week previously. Waited 20 minutes to pick up the key after all payment was made and tires were installed.
