Had a appointment at noon. Good thing I took the truck with me (or maybe that is why they forgot me). An hour later the wheels were still stacked in the bay. 2 hours later I decided to just head home. I called 4 hours later to be told they were done and no one had called...
(September 19, 2018, 10:03 pm)Pricing is good as is work quality. Service is intermittent as there aren’t enough staff to service customers. For example, waited 15 minutes to check in for an install appointment made a week previously. Waited 20 minutes to pick up the key after all payment was made and tires were installed.
