Fairhaven Storage LLC

We wanted to support a local business over some more inexpensive places, but now cannot recommend this place. We emptied our unit around the 5th but were still charged the entire month. There wasn't anyone in the office to help when we were leaving either (and it was during business hours). A staff worker we found said he'd make sure to let the office know but apparently didn't and we were charged up until we called back to confirm. FYI give 20 days notice that you are moving your things out.

Rented a U-Haul here, so will only comment on that. The experience was overall good, though I don't think they did too many U-Haul rentals because the person seemed a little unsure on the process at first. Once they got going, though, everything was smooth and easy. Return was easy even though nobody was there because the U-Haul app worked well.

Great experience at Fairhaven storage. The place is well kept and in a very good location for me. I needed to rent a truck and Michelle was right on top of the solution as they have a uhaul that was available at that time. She was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions . They have packing supplies and locks so you can get just about everything you need for storage right there. The customer service was great. Thank you Michelle!

Staff is awesome and they take the time to answers all of your questions. Its great that they now have Uhual moving truck on site. The location is perfect and all the updates they have done is a great improvement. I would highly recommend using this company.

I had recently had the opportunity to stop by fairhaven and take a look.I would say its a very well kept facility. I will most likely be renting a unit in March here. The staff was very informative about the surrounding area which was very helpful.I do love the location also its tucked back away from main street and should have no problem unloading or loading here. All around great place.
