Excellent and quick service. Go before you even try to call customer service- most knowledgeable staff you could possibly get!

Great staff. Highly knowledgeable and friendly. Never disappointed in the service I recieve.

Although all T-Mobile stores share characteristics (well lit, bright pink walls, white countertops and black framing and decor accents that complement the T-Mobile logo), this store features a large, roomy footprint, few customers (at least on my Tuesday night before Thanksgiving visit) and a friendly staff eager to serve anyone who happened to wander by.

Next time you're at Sehome Village -- sipping coffee at Starbucks, shopping at Haggens or checking out the Dollar Store -- swing by the T-Mobile store.

Best experience at a T-Movbile store to date. Very helpful staff that was polite, professional and able to go above and beyond my expectations. The two men working this morning were very friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to answer every question we had and we left feeling fully informed about our decisions and purchase.
