Hitting a healthier place I never felt was possible. Thank You Ideal Wellness! The short answer is that it works without exercise. I've dropped 100 pounds in 6 months after getting close to 300 pounds.

I have been going to the doctors for years with what seemed like small issues. My blood pressure was high and the doctor says I needed to lose weight. I try to lose weight; typical drop 10 pounds and gain 15. I keep at it for a few years and now my cholesterols are high. I try again harder with the same same results. Next was gout. Finally, I had been having problems with my knees and I was barely walking. It turns out I'll need a knee replacement sometime in the future, but like all of the other doctors, they say I need to lose weight. I was frustrated with that concept as I couldn't figure it out it out on my own. I asked again how I was supposed to do that and explained my issue with yo-yo dieting and he suggested I give Ideal Wellness a call. I have lost over 100 pounds, am off the blood pressure, gout and cholesterol medications. I can breath easier and am walking better. I feel better. I am not doing the knee surgery for now.
