Had a great experience with Vincent and Joslyn. I’m already a t mobile member and upgraded to a different plan. They were quick and easy to work with and a big plus was there was no line to wait in!

If you've seen one mall-based T-Mobile store, you've seen them all. Right? Not necessarily.

Although all T-Mobile stores share characteristics (well lit, bright pink walls, white countertops and black framing and decor accents that complement the T-Mobile logo), this store features a large, roomy footprint, few customers (at least on my Tuesday night before Thanksgiving visit) and a friendly staff eager to serve anyone who happened to wander by.

Next time you're in or near Below Fair, drop by and check out the latest mobile service deals and newest cell phones, tablets and accessories. T-Mobile is located near the southern end of the mall near Macy's (between Kohl's and the food court).
