Great Clips

I've tried hair cut places all over Bellingham, and this one is my favorite. Super affordable and I always love the cut I get.

I am always satisfied when Shirlene cuts my hair. She is always nice, well dressed and wonderfully groomed. She listens to my requests. As long as Shirlene is cutting hair she's the hairstylist for me.

Came in for a cut, she spent five minutes hacking the bad ends off and refused to style it because my hair was too damaged to do that. Now I have a blunt cut mess that hits my face in all the wrong places. She should have just done as I asked, but she seemed in a hurry to move on to next customer.

Update: 2/28/19 - Corporate reached out and offered a very nice apology. They are sending a card for a free cut. Everyone has an off day and based on their response I will go and let them fix my cut. I have had really good service and experiences with Great Clips in the past and am happy to give them another chance. Changed stars from one to five based on their response. They truly wanted to make it right.

I have been using this shop for 5 years. Great service. I use Shirlene. I have never been dissatisfied.
