I had an emergency today and these guys were so on point and kind. I was amazed with how quickly they showed up. I will always call these guy first.

I moved into a new house and was amused when the previous owner handed me a baggie full of different keys for all the external doors (front door, back door, garage side door, shed door). I was planning to change the locks anyway for peace of mind, so I called around and got the best price quote and overall vibe from Arrow Lock. They were able to accommodate an appointment on short notice, and also assured me it was no problem to work around the moving company and cable installer who would be in/out of the house that day.

Steve arrived on schedule and brought a delightful sense of humor. He was very personable as well as respectful of my home (I noticed he removed his shoes upon entry, even though I hadn't asked). In short order, Steve had all my locks revised to utilize one key. Brilliant! They even seemed to operate more smoothly than before. It was a huge relief knowing my home was safe and secure, plus super convenient only needing to carry a single key. As an additional bonus, the final invoice came in a little lower than the original quote.
