Had a few minor things break, Azam was quick to get someone there to fix them in a timely manner. Azam was very respectful. Every 6 months or so the home owner would schedule a time to come over and update things, was not a big deal, was very respectful. I'm generally very skeptical when it comes to property managers but I never had a problem with this one. Would recommend. I would say as long as you're planning on being a fair and legitimate tenant, they'll be fair with you. I wasn't able to get the place as clean as I should have when I left, so I was charged a small expected cleaning fee, but other than that I received my entire deposit back. Azam didn't try to nickel and dime me to death with the security deposit, the itemized check was very simple. I would recommend Azam for any property management needs.
