I started using their parcel service last month. So far very satisfied given the lowest cost per package across the whole US border cities. 2 week free is doable for me.
I just don't like the idea of showing 2 Government photo IDs just to open an account - but in away as they signed a USPS form, I don't have much to object.

Set up for package pick up is not as easy as 5D Packages but 1/2 cheaper. When setting up you need to bring in 2 IDs in PERSON and sign few papers, but then after that is easy. They do check IDs when picking up packages...wish the staffs would greet you with a smile????????
Sometimes they get busy with other services and have to line up.

Inexpensive package receiving without annual fee. Only 2 weeks storage so if you don't go down often beware of the additional fee.

Best UPS store I've ever visited. Employees were friendly and smiling. The blonde woman who helped us knew what we were there for immediately and quickly processed the return. She could tell we were Canadian and let us know a new UPS would be coming to Point Roberts soon. Very good service.
