I’ve known Colleen for over 20 years. I’ve always admired her creativity & dedication to continuing education. Colleen Wenrich has moved to Washington and brought with her the skills and knowledge that can change your life for the better. Colleen was my Pilates instructor from 2014 to the present. When we started our weekly sessions she would ask me "How is your body feeling today?" She listened to my answers and tailored the sessions to address any problems I had. I left those classes feelings 10 years younger! She is a caring person. She knows when to challenge me and when to pull back.As a former nurse, her knowledge of the human body makes her an instructor that you can trust. I am 70 years old and in the best shape of my life!
