Relaxed, clean and modern ambiance. Exceptionally personable staff. Timely, attentive and gentle treatment. Overall, the quality of care received by Dr. Vu and her team was certainly a pleasant experience. I very much recommend employing their services.

I love this dental clinic! The atmosphere makes me feel at ease along with everyone who works there. From the front desk to the women in the back offices, to the doctors (Dr. Vu in my case) and their assistants! They’re amazing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Linh Vu at the Premier Dental Center since early 2014 after I moved to Ferndale. A friend recommended her very highly, and I am so glad I followed that recommendation. I have been in their office 3-5 times each year, and I have always been treated with respect, kindness and concern. Every individual I have interacted with has been friendly, professional and helpful.

Clinically I have found Dr. Vu to be extremely skilled and very aware of my needs and concerns as she has worked on my teeth. Once when water was being used to rinse my mouth she noticed that I was uncomfortable. She stopped the procedure and took the time to build a “dam” (at no extra cost) so the water would no longer be a problem. It made big difference to me. When I have had questions for Dr. Vu, she has pulled up a chair, sat down and given me her undivided attention, answering my questions until she knew I understood and was satisfied.

The hygienists and dental assistants assisting Dr. Vu have all been very professional, skilled and kind. The front office folks who deal with finances and insurance are extremely knowledgeable. The person I talked with took me into a private office so that other patients in the waiting room didn’t hear our discussion about my finances. She answered all my questions and explained how their billing process and my insurance worked. I am grateful that they handle all that.

One of the ways Dr. Vu demonstrates her genuine concern about the dental health of her patients is, on a regular basis, to offer free or discounted procedures. I have been able to take advantage of some of those when I might not otherwise have been able to afford them. They have helped me feel much better about my old teeth.

I certainly give the Premier Dental Center my highest recommendation knowing that anyone I send there will have the best of care.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this Dentist. Dr. Vu was exceptional in her knowledge and, compassionate and effective in providing superior care. Likewise her staff was extremely helpful and caring in arranging in an emergency procedure that was needed. Premier Dental Center has our highest and most positive recommendation.

The staff have been great, Bill explained everything to me and was thorough. I couldn't ask for a better team. Billing was simple and straight forward. They also sent as I asked, for all the charges I had for the year so I could do my taxes. I have no fear of dentists and have been lucky yo find such a good team!
