Bought a Cadillac Seville recently, and the previous owner had all his service work done there. Trent printed me or a bunch of the work service invoices. Still honouring the parts, all I pay for is labor. Thanks Willand's.
Great first experience replacing rotors and a fuel filter on my ford Ranger.
I am REALLY fussy about who I trust with my machines, and these folks exceeded my expectations in all ways.
So happy to have found a trustworthy place now that we have returned to the area.
Willands is the best auto shop around. The technicians are experienced and only do repairs you really need. They are honest and have always taken care of my vehicles keeping them in top running condition.
We have done business with Willands Tech Auto for quite a few years. To anyone that reads this, use your head, no one is gonna put your car on a hydraulic lift just to check for your issue. That takes bring the car into the shop and paying for a diagnostic which is $50-$85. Cheaper than Axton Automotive. Every time ive left here, I have always been satisfied.
I took my suburban in because I blew a brake line. I replaced the line and bled the brake system but I couldn't remove all the air. I took the suburban in to Willands they told me they had a power bleeder so it shouldn't be a problem. I picked up my vehicle after hours and after the 1st brake pedal press the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. I called them the next day and they told me to bring the vehicle back and so they can bleed it again. I'm not questioning their professionalism or their courtesy but I was wondering why they released the vehicle with a clean bill of health when it was not. The situation forced me to assume that they either didn't do the repair or they didn't test drive the vehicle after the repair. I ended up bleeding the brakes myself and got it to work as they should. (this happened back in 2015)
