Nice gym, a bit pricey, everyone tries to save machines while they are taking classes which is a bit immature, and people are into stealing machines right from under you. Get the 24hr membership and the gym is AMAZING.

Great Little local gym. I feel like it’s come along way in the last few years. The new owners have put some money into it and it’s got a great local feeling. They have alot of great classes as well. Machines seem to be kept up and the locker rooms are pretty clean. Yeah it gets a little crowded because it’s smaller, but they also offer a 24 hour membership. Get one Of those and you can come after hours, early in the morning.

I've been coming here from almost day one. Well priced, clean, great workout equipment and super nice and friendly staff. Bonus: They have a no contract option (month to month) as well as so many other things! Even when I moved out and got a different membership I loved this gym so much, I still kept this one and my other one! Lol.

Excellent fitness center, very good staff, and the owners are up front and personable. They also have very good personal trainers
