I drove from Vancouver to change from AT&T and Michth just made it easier for me to do so. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient to all my questions. He helped tailor the plan that suits me well and it worked out great. The booking system was a bit off, I had booked several days ago but he was only just notified of my appointment the minute I walked in but nonetheless he proved to be that T Mobile has the best customer service
