A good bank that cares about its customers. They helped us through a tough time and had very fair rates on their loan. The loan set up took forever, but in the end it was worth it.

It can be annoying/tough to pay your loan with them, though, if you don't bank through them. Keep that in mind and budget extra days to transfer your money (a) to the checking account they require you to have, and (b) then finally pay the bill. That is just too much of a hassle and ultimately is why we decided not to use them again.

This branch, however, has good staff and prompt service.

The services they offer and the rates have typically been the best we could find. Couple that with the other conveniences and a local bank will tell you why we have been a member since 1994
