Our three year old refrigerator suddenly stopped working, I called around to many appliance repair places and finally landed on Gentry’s Appliance Repair. They were able to come out the very next day and get my fridge up and running so that it could be used in the meantime while they ordered a replacement part we needed. Two days later they were back with the necessary part and now our fridge is like new again. They took great care to make sure that we knew everything we needed to know to try to prevent the issue from happening again in the future and explained everything along the way. They were incredibly respectful to myself and our home and were very fair priced. I will be using them again in the future for any and all of our appliance needs. Highly recommend!
Glenn is #1 on my list of people I trust and appreciate to take care of any problems I may have with my appliances. He is BY FAR the most accommodating, caring and gracious person I have ever called for service. My refrigerator/freezer went out at the end of the work day. I called several places and only heard excuses, etc. as to why they could not come. Glenn dropped everything, stopped by his home for a slice of homemade pizza his wife had ready for is dinner and drove from Lynden to my house in Birch Bay and got everything up and running in a most professional way. Over the top service! Lots more good things to say. Glenn and his family run a 5 star business????????????????????. New stove top next Glenn!
Our family has called on Gentry Appliance Repair many times over the past several years. Glen and his son are knowledgeable, kind and professional EVERY time. They have successfully fixed our refrigerators, washer, dryer, and dishwashers! Having a large family makes these appliances very important in our day-to-day life and knowing I can call on Gentry's is a relief. I highly recommend Gentry's!
Glen Gentry exceeded all our expectations by going the extra mile to take care of my elderly brother-in-law's refrigerator problem. When it was obvious to Glen that the refrigerator was beyond a cost-effective repair he called around to local dealers and negotiated using his influence to obtain the best possible deal for my brother-in-law on a brand new one. We thank him profusely for helping to make sure that no one took advantage of an elderly person in their time of need.
Gentry tech advised us steps to take over the phone to get our frig running again after we explained our bottom freezer ok but upper Frig not working. His advice saved us a service trip! Frig working! Nice to know integrity still out there. Will definitely call them again if future need.
