  I honestly couldn't speak more highly of this local company. We had a nightmare water situation in our home and NWP truly made a terrible situation into a not terrible experience. J handled our mitigation and was incredibly hardworking, thorough with every single explanation, patient with every single question and a wealth of knowledge. Ken was present every step of the way from mitigation throughout. Like J, he is incredibly knowledgeable as well as a prompt and thorough communicator in person/phone/email. He is professional, personable and gets the job done. I truly felt like this team (Ken, J, and Brad) care about their customers and go above and beyond every step of the way. While I sure hope we never have water damage again, I would go back to NPS without question.

  Always very happy with having NW Proffesional services come out and clean our carpets. Appointment setting is a breeze, at every point of communication the staff is very courteous and professional. Today, Terry called ahead to offer to come by a little earlier than scheduled to clean the carpets, to which I replied that I had some furniture to finish moving. He offered to help move furniture! What a gem!
  
  After he was done using, (I'm pretty sure) a magic potion, all signs of puppy and toddler stains are completely gone. (The right tools and products, as explained by Terry.) The carpet looks brand new. I honestly don't expect less than an amazing job from them, because I'm used to and spoiled with such great service and a job well done EVERY TIME. I highly recommend NW Proffesional Sevices! They're awesome!

  Northwest Professional Services put up our Christmas lights this year and they did an excellent job! Not only do the lights look PERFECT, but they got the job done super fast and I was able to get scheduled with them quickly. Communication with them has been timely and easy. Would definitely recommend!
