I am building a home with Genesis in Bayview. I initially had no plans to move to Airdrie from Calgary. However after meeting Jeff Augustine, his positivity and enthusiasm for the quality of a Genesis home, I decided to build in Bayview, Airdrie.
Jeff has been very positive, he is easy to work with and very professional. Jeff has been amazing at answering my questions in a very timely manner. His attention to detail, advocating for me as a homeowner and his knowledge of all aspects of the build process have made my experience with Jeff Augustine both positive and rewarding. We bought a home with Jeff and had an amazing experience so far. He is excellent at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and funny man. We constantly changed our minds and Jeff was very patient, professional with great attitude to accommodate us to ensure we are happy with our home. I strongly recommend buying home with him.
