Coach Jay is an amazing trainer! He is always upbeat and positive, and makes working out fun. NRG Fitness’s flexible schedule between the live workouts, daily WODs and pre-recorded workouts ensure I get the most out of the time I have to workout with my busy schedule. The varied routines keep me interested and motivated while allowing me to push myself to achieve results. NRG Fitness Coaches and members are super friendly, cheer each other on and hold each other accountable to complete workouts. I highly recommend NRG Fitness and Coaches !!
I have been training with coach Jay Raymundo for several years now. NRG Fitness Inc. provides a variety of workouts/exercises which is perfect for someone, like me, who can get easily “tired” of doing the same routine day in and day out. Coach Jay includes modified exercises as well as challenging ones. It is a great platform for all levels of fitness. NRG Fitness members also meet weekly for a virtual “wine and chat” where we have to opportunity to share our struggles and successes. The community of like-minded & goal oriented individuals is what pushes me to set the bar higher each day I do a “live” workout, prerecorded workout or WOD. I have been consistent with NRG Fitness Inc. workouts and very happy with my increased energy levels, strength, and cardio.
