(April 11, 2019, 5:57 pm)Did a yoga session with Melanie, i was extremely tight and was limping due to ongoing gluteus max. pains.. At the end of the session, i was still in pain but more relaxed. She asked me how i felt, i told her; right then and there she said stay for 5 minutes, she proceeded in giving me a 5 minute thai massage(never experienced this before), and when she was done I felt relief (which has NEVER happened after hour long regular massages). Had to rave about this because my outlook on massages changed drastically.
