Contacted the business to remove a skunk from my property. The initial phone call was answered promptly and all my questions answered in a very straightforward and helpful manner. JS came out to my property first thing the next morning to leave the trap. He listened to my concerns about all the feral cats in the area and used a bait that wouldn't attract them to the trap. He came back out immediately after I called to let him know the shunk had been trapped a few days later. The price was very reasonable, the service was fast, very professional and courteous and nobody had any issues with the fact the service was on an acreage. Other companies indicated they would charge a $150 "travel fee" for the 17 minute drive.

I called later in the evening and they answered, saying a technician would call back soon. They did and booked in within two days. The guy that came was very knowledgeable. No nest found, so installed wasp traps for us. Gave us lots of information too. Thanks so much
