Went in to get my phone screen replaced and josh at the tech booth was amazing! Definitely will go again

I don't always find what I'm looking for, the staff however does help with recommending alternatives. I enjoy their mid aisle specials and garden items. Holiday time...this is my go to place for chocolates.

Assist. Store Mgr, Dan and his associates, Charlene and Carolyn are the most caring and dedicated front-line professionals. During this pandemic, they are giving their all to ensure we have access to whatever we deem "essential" is available. Thank you to Dan and the hard-working staff. We come to this location quite often and typically receive good service.
This past week we purchased a couple chairs from Joelle in customer service and she was phenomenal to deal with.
Unfortunately the chairs didn’t work in our space so the assistant manager Dan stepped in to assist my wife and I.
Dan was pleasant, informative and great to deal with. He took the time to work with my wife and I on some other products that we were interested in and offered us a great price we couldn’t refuse.
I would absolutely recommend doing business here at London Drugs because of the exceptional customer service we received from Dan & Joelle.
