“Bill and his son Richard showed up on time and were very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They ensured the well was in good working condition and were no leaks from valves. They did not leave until the leak was found. Even after the leak was found, they stuck around longer to inspect other buildings water lines to ensure all were in working condition. “We had the pleasure of adopting our sweet rescue kitten through Saving Grace. the facility is so clean and they have an amazingly involved crew. the adoption process was made incredibly easy, and we found the whole thing to be a breeze. all of the animals here are so well taken care of, and all of the volunteers clearly love what they do. i highly recommend anyone in Alberta looking for an amazing shelter, makes the drive to visit Saving Grace first. it was a 2 hour drive one way, but we wouldn't have changed anything for the amazing animal who joined our family, and a warm and welcoming experience with staff.”
