They did not listen with the notes about checking wheel alignment, and if out on rear then adjust. They did not adjust anything on rear and got charged for a wheel alignment. Happy they got it diagnosed and fixed in a few days. Had issues with brakes, brakes are good now. Thank you, I just feel it was a waist of my Time to give notes with service writer and a waist of my money to get an alignment that did not change anything. FYI vehicle just had an alignment 6 months ago

They helped me with my Hyundai Santa Fe, very fast at the diagnostics and the servicing, and the cost came in at under the estimate. All in all I am very impressed and thankful fir their service. I’ll be a repeat customer and recommend them for any vehicle servicing needs as well as for buying. I looked at a vehicle in the lot and they were ready to assist with loans etc on the spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable bunch.

Koch Ford is the best ! The girls do an amazing job of always making me feel welcomed and creating an inviting atmosphere. The also always call when a recall is needing to be done and just let me know of things I can do on the vehicle with complementary inspections. Honestly since I bought my car with them I have vowed never to go to another dealership with my vehicle because they just won’t compare. You guys are amazing and thanks for all the hard work you do!

All my experience with this location has been great! They are clean and friendly. When I have need the shuttle it has arrived quickly. They explain everything that was going on with my car and how I was billed.

Prompt and excellent service. One recommendation would be to better display drop off and pick up options. I’m glad the service was done so quickly but I’m sad that I had to wait for my ride to get off work before I could get my car. Keep up the good work!!!
