I absolutely love Christa’s style of coaching and her online studio! The convenience of being able to work with her from home a whole province away is awesome! There are so many options and modifications that I can customize some workouts just for me! I am at a phase of life where maintaining my strength and health are so important and Christa’s studio fits my needs perfectly! I love the group challenges! Christa is an amazing trainer and has wealth of knowledge on living a healthy life style. I have done all of her challenges and they are so well organized, they are Motivating and keep me accountable. There is such a wide variety of videos that you can choose from depending on your day.

Christa is fantastic. Her classes, both in person and on-line are great- she keeps things interesting and fresh. I have been joining Christa’s challenges for almost a year now. With the combination of short workouts, challenging workouts, stretches/yoga and all the health advice, it has not only improved me physically, but it has had a large impact for me mentally. My moods are more positive and I find I can handle stress better. When I do find I’m in a low point, the battle up again is not as difficult as it was before. Christa is an excellent trainer. She is knowledgeable and very motivating. She recognizes that her clients are not at the same level of fitness and seamlessly modifies her instruction.
