Always helpful and friendly! fast service and a place with just a great atmosphere:)))

The staff were both friendly and accommodating. Had a PCR test done here before flying out Vancouver and process was quick and easy. Had a bit of a scare with the lab report but Ashif was reachable via the website chat function and quickly fixed everything ensuring that we were able to continue our travel. Thanks to Ashif and the Grassroots team.

This place is not just the best pharmacy in Canmore but the best in Canada. I have never met an owner and staff that goes above and beyond to help a customer/stranger like me. Ashif is a great listener and understands where you are coming from. He shows empathy towards his customers. I don't usually take time to write long reviews but grassroots deserve all the credits for the way they are running the business. Cheers.

The staff and owners are absolutely incredible.

A few months back I misplaced my recently purchased sunglasses and thought I left them somewhere in the store. The owners who were working helped me find them by looking through the surveillance footage to see if I was wearing them when I came in or not. At the end of it, they fell off my head and were found in my vehicle and were not in the store. Needless to say, the staff dropped everything they were doing to help.

On top of that nice gesture, they make an effort to say hello and ask how I’m doing every time I go in.

They are an incredible asset to our community and I can’t thank them enough for all that they do.

Only place to get the rapid tests now. Mine came back possitive, sadly.
Staff is very helpful and patient.
